JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 The prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner (Annexure 2) dated 31.1.2013. Petitioner's claim is for exemption from passing the departmental examination. Reliance is placed on Annexure 1, order dated 10.10.2012 passed in LPA No. 1315 of 2005. In view of the limited prayer and since the issue is yet to be decided by respondent No. 2, the instant proceeding need not be kept pending. Let final decision be taken on petitioner's claim by respondent no. 2 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands allowed.
