The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 25.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16917 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but the petitioner could not surrender in the court within time as the petitioner was out of station for earning his livelihood.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioner before Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. case No. 599 of 2018 is extended for four weeks from today.
