The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.294 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have killed the daughter of the informant for demand of dowry. 4.

The petitioners are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. They are in custody since 03.01.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
