The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary of the present case was called for, which has since been received.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, State and on perusal of the case dairy, it appears that the story as carved out by the petitioner that the victim lady died due to snake bite, has not been found true. As such, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21770 of 2016 (4) dt.05-09-2016 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, Accordingly, rejected.
