2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . It is alleged that 150 liter illicit liquor was recovered from seized bikes from the spot.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature in which he is on bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive special Judge Excise Court No. II Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udawantnagar Police Station Case No. 53 of 2025 subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
