Patna High Court CWJC No.4266 of 2026(6) dt.23-07-2026 2/3 petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 13.05.2026, the accounts of the petitioner have been defreezed and further the amount of arrears have also been recovered by the authority. Learned counsel submits that though the petitioner has applied for certified copies of the Form C18 and 45A, the same are not being furnished therefore a direction may be given to the authority concerned to furnish the certified copies of the Form C18 and 45A so as to enable the petitioner to file a statutory appeal.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- ESIC submits that he has no objection that if any direction is given to the authority concerned to issue the certified copies of Form C18 and 45A.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondentESIC to furnish the certificate copies of the Form C18 and 45A to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to file a statutory appeal under 45AA of the ESI Act. The authority shall endeavour to furnish the certificate copies as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition
