JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.3.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 141 of 2012, corresponding to G. R. No. 2177 of 2012 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 341, 323, 379, 376, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points at the stage of framing of charge.
