The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 1126 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2022 and there is a recovery of 80 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
