Let the petitioners approach the Director, High Education, Government of Bihar, Patna with regard to
Patna High Court CWJC No.8985 of 2015 dt.15-09-2015 2/2 the grievance raised herein, who will issue appropriate direction to the college concern as to how the distribution of the grant-in-aid is going to be made.
Such a decision of the Director may be made applicable across the board to all such institutions, which receive grant-in-aid to bring about some kind of uniformity and no discrimination is made with the management in disbursal of such grants in favour of the regular employees, validly appointed.
Such a direction must be issued within a period of three months on an application being filed by the petitioners.
Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
