Prayer is for bail in Manpur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017 registered under sections 341, 323, 380, 384, 504, 506, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is stated that the petitioner is locked in land dispute. The owner of the land has used the informant to implicate the petitioner in the case where there is no allegation of assault on the victim attributed to the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2017.
Counsel for the State, however, points out that he is accused in more than three cases from before. Counsel for the petitioner, in reply, states that several of those cases are between the same parties.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to renew prayer for bail after five months.
