There has been recovery of 36 litres of foreign wine (Indian origin), whereupon, petitioner is under custody since 15.02.2020 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Pawan Kumar Rai @ Pawan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur PS Case No. 45 of 2020.
