JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-08-2023 Heard Mr. Amaresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Subhash Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corportion.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation informs that total amount of Rs. 2,85,571/- has been credited into the account of the petitioner on 23.08.2023 and submits that grievance of the petitioner, as claimed for in the present writ petition is redressed.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is still aggrieved for non-payment of other retiral dues under different heads and seeks to file detail representation before the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, the petitioner if so advise, may file detail representation before the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, within a period of six weeks.

5. The Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation is directed to ensure payment of all retiral dues to the petitioner and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

6. In case of failure, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the concerned authority.

7. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
