ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2017 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.424 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 414, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case only on the basis of the statement made by co-accused Md. Sabbir, which has no evidentiary value.

Taking into consideration the aforementioned facts and also because one Gautam Kumar Bhagat, who was similarly situated, has been granted the privilege of bail by this
