=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 5.9.2013 by which the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. IV, Kishanganj, in Sessions Trial No. 1456 of 2012 disallowed the prayer of the Petitioner to call for the records of the earlier medical treatment of the deceased and the records of the U.D. Case.

Since these documents being public documents will be easily available to the Petitioner on his application and he will be entitled to do prove them during Trial, I see no reason for interference in the said order.

The application is disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
