Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Raxaul PS case no. 28 of 2016, registered under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24 of N.D.P.S. Act, inasmuch as the earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court by an order dated 02.07.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 19361 of 2018. 3.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the evidence of the parties have been closed by the learned trial court and the matter is fixed for arguments, as such, the learned trial court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15532 of 2019(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 off with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid trial and deliver the judgment, positively within a period of 03 months from today, failing which, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
