1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amba P.S Case No.200 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
