2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 9.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25741 of 2023, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender as he had gone to Delhi on 27.7.2023 for medical treatment of his younger brother Vivek Kumar and remained there for about five months. Due to aforesaid reason, the period of surrender has expired. Hence, the

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the order dated 9.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25741 of 2023 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
