====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29373 of 2020 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now charge in this case has been framed, which is evident from Annexure-3. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 15.05.2020.

Case No. 75 of 2020.
