The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 128 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 34, 341, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is no allegation in the FIR that the petitioner assaulted anyone with any weapon, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with
