Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 198 of 2012 corresp9onding to Sessions Trial No. 1413 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Since no pairvi was made on behalf of the petitioner on 16.09.2015 in the case, the Court below cancelled his bail bonds. It is further submitted that petitioner had gone to Surat for earning his livelihood. He had no intention to misuse the privilege of bail. He is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.04.2018. Petitioner undertakes to appear on each and every

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Patna city, Patna in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 198 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 1413 of 2012 subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed in the trial and will cooperate in the trial.
