2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.440 of 2023 (S.tr. No.306 of 2024) lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 302, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23803 of 2024 with liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail six months after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner's antecedent is clean and charge has been framed on 04.06.2024 and one year has lapsed. He further

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner's antecedent is clean and 6 months have already been lapsed after framing of charge.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of District and Addl. Sessions Judge-2nd, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.440 of 2023 (S.tr. No.306 of 2024), subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
