JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 06-09-2024 The appellant claims remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000/- as against the Rs. 95,000/- granted to him.

2. The State has calculated the total working days for the period March, 2020 to July, 2020 which is 95 days for which Rs. 95,000/- has been paid at the rate of Rs. 1,000/- per day. The appellant being a guest lecturer is only entitled for the remuneration of the days he has worked.

3. We find absolutely no reason to interfere with
