This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to count seniority of the petitioner in the light of direction passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 6139/2007 which was affirmed by Division Bench in LPA No. 756/15 in view of Memo No. 1577 dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) and also in view of Section 4(c)(i) of State Litigation Policy, 2011.
3. In view of the limited prayer, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) with all the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4407 of 2024(3) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today.
4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 2 shall examine the claim of petitioner and dispose of the representation, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law.
5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
