The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2017 in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for the past four months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. Rail Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017.
