JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P. S. Case No. 321 of 2019 dated 08.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It appears that four persons, one being the brother of the petitioner, were apprehended by local villagers on the charge of carrying liqour with them. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. The basis for prosecuting him is that his brother who was apprehended by the villagers, was riding the motor-cycle belonging to the petitioner and which is registered in his name.

Considering the afore-stated facts and taking into

No.14934 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 account that the petitioner has clean antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.
