Learned counsel for the State accepts notice for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to serve copy of the petition to learned counsel for the respondents, if it is not already served.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9081 of 2021 dt.16-02-2022 2/3 following relief/reliefs:

"For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to make payment of his current salary as well as arrears alongwith all increments along with applicable interest/or for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/order, direction/directions which seem just and equitable in the facts and circumstances stated hereunder."

The aforesaid relief is supported by representation dated 28.08.2017 and 29.12.2017 vide Annexure 24 and Annexure-24A. Further, the petitioner submitted representation on 19.03.2018. He is also taking shelter under order passed in MJC No. 2155 decided on 28.11.2018.

In the light of these facts and circumstances, the competent authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and redress the same. If the petitioner is entitled, in that event, necessary order shall be passed including the monetary benefits. If the petitioner is not entitled, in that

Patna High Court CWJC No.9081 of 2021 dt.16-02-2022 3/3 event, a necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated as to why the petitioner is not entitled. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
