Patna High Court CWJC No.4779 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 3/3 absorb/rehabilitate the petitioners in regular Government Service on class IV post as per the order dated 11.08.2015 passed by this Hon'ble court in L.P.A. No. 1489/2011 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 8418/2010 as well as the order dated 03.03.2017 passed by this Hon'ble court in C.W.J.C. No. 384/2017 which was affirmed vide order dated 23.01.2018 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble court in L.P.A. No. 1047/2017 as the petitioners are similarly situated candidates likewise the petitioners of C.WJ.C. No. 384/2017, giving the petitioners all legal and consequential benefit."
