Company in Manjampur Water Treatment Plant on the post of Group D, like Keyman, Chaukidar, Plumber Mistri, Field Labourer etc. in Multi Village water treatment plant Manjampur (Bhojpur) since 2010 when the plant was setup for supplying filtered water to villagers affected by R-Senic Polluted water.

ii.For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondents to pay the dues of payment to the petitioners which has not been paid till now that is of year from 2022 to 2023.

iii. For issuance of appropriate writ(s) order(s) direction(s) to the respondents to pay the minimum wages decided by Govt. of Bihar and further provide them the benefit of E.S.I., E.P.F. which is mandatory for the employer to provide their labourers."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on
