The petitioner is one of the sons of Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3. By the order impugned, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra directed the two sons, namely, Madan Baitha- petitioner and Ajay Kumar Baitha to pay a sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. one thousand) per month as ad-interim maintenance to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3. The petitioner is a government employee working as Nazir in the office of the Block Development Officer and Ajay Kumar Baitha, another son of the opposite Party No. 2 and 3, is the Railway driver. I find no illegality in the order impugned as only 1000/- rupee was directed to be paid to the old parents as adinterim maintenance.
