The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 1434 of 2019, arising out of Patna Junction (Patna City) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 for the offence under Section273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 08.02.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 12.600 litres of foreign liquor was seized. He submits that the petitioner is a lady and nothing was recovered from her conscious possession.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above,

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
