The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 417, 419, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Cyber Crime Law, 2000.

It is alleged that the petitioner with the help of other co-accused cheated the complainant.

It has been submitted that the allegation made in the complaint petition is false and concocted. The complainant himself being a greedy person went into the clutches of the accused persons and deposited the amount to get electronic items. Petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2018 having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37053 of 2018 (3) dt.19-07-2018 The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.279 of 2017. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
