The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2013, G.R. No. 1017 of 2013 registered under Sections 353, 342 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that when a team of Electricity Department went to Press of the petitioner for replacing the burnt meter of the Printing Press but the petitioner insisted for not changing the meter and compelled them for preparing another report about the load of the Printing Press and locked inside the door of the press for not removing them outside the press. When the police force came then they were released.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation made is only about abuse against the petitioner but there is nothing specific of abuse has been mentioned. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case , the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33531 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.18 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. Further condition that petitioner will cooperate with the police during investigation and shall produce himself as and when required by the police. Further condition that petitioner shall appear to take police papers and further condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground.
