JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-02-2023 This application is being filed for quashing the order dated 26.03.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 645 of 2014 by which Court below framed charge under Section 387 of the IPC against the petitioner.

The petitioner may raise his grievance during trial which is already going on and the Court below will consider the grounds during final hearing of the case.
