2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to move before the Appellate Forum as the original order i.e. order dated 01.09.2015 contained in Memo No.148 passed by the D.I.G., Central Range, Patna (annexed as Annexure-10) is appealable before the Appellate Authority.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection for

4. Hence, this writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy by challenging the original order before the Appellate Authority and he shall decide the petitioner's appeal within six months from the date of production of this order.
