2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, both these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted 7 year old son of informant. Doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be grievous in nature.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the
