2. The petitioner has a grievance that despite submission of duly filled up application and completion of all other formalities for installation of electric meter in petitioner's name in his house, the respondent North Bihar Power

Patna High Court CWJC No.8265 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 Distribution Company has failed to provide him an Electric Meter.

3. The petitioner has remedy of approaching Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum which he has not availed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum by making an application in accordance with law. If he does so, it is expected that his case shall be considered duly and expeditiously.

5. The application stands disposed of.
