JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2023 Heard Mr. Baidya Nath Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, APP. The petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 23.2.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No. 629 of 2014, arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2010 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Banka under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the matter is of 2015 and we are in 2023. Unfortunately, the case could not be taken up and the case may have reached an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29408 of 2015(2) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 advance stage, if not disposed of. Accordingly, liberty be granted to raise all the points before the concerned Court, if the same has still not been disposed of.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty as sought for.
