Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Paraiya PS Case No.114 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some accused persons dragged away the father of the informant and later on his dead body was found thrown in the Aahar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is not the eye witness, merely on suspicion due to earlier dispute has been falsely implicated in this case, Ranjan Yadav @ Gaya Yadav and Kishundeo Yadav, similarly situated, have been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55628 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35657 of 2018(2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 2017 and other co-accused Jitendra Kumar @ Jitendra Yadav and Ravindra Yadav have been admitted to bail vide orders dated 22.02.2018 and 22.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.10606 of 2018 and 16155 of 2018 respectively.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Mahendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya PS Case No.114 of 2017.
