2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the accused persons is that they have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 16.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. During investigation it has come that the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16144 of 2025(5) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 has committed suicide.

7. Considering the period of custody and the fact that the deceased has committed suicide, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Masaurhi/ concerned Court in connection with Kadirganj P.S.
