The present writ application was filed for a direction to respondent no.9 to hand over charge of Headmaster of the middle school, Leva Gogri, Khagaria.

This writ petition was filed on 3.5.2016. We are in 2018. The court does not find any reason to interfere with in the present writ application in view of the fact that interim arrangement was made two years back.

In view of the issue raised in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.7901 of 2016(2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 application, no positive direction can be issued. However, considering the totality of the facts situation, the respondent , District Programme Officer, Khagaria is directed to take steps for posting of regular Headmaster if not already posted within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands dispersed of.
