====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 36 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner and petitioner was apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 5.2.2020.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of investigation of the case, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14839 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 pending in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
