2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 22.09.2022, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 688 of 2023 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 438 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 10.08.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections, 396, 412, 427 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30394 of 2023.

4. Vide order dated 20.03.2024 a report was called

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22722 of 2024(4) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 for with regard to the stage of the trial. Report dated 22.04.2024 of the learned Trial Court reveals that out of eight chargesheeted witnesses, six prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the material has come during investigation as well as in view of the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 688 of 2023 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 438 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City, Patna.

6. Prayer is refused.

7. However, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Ibrar//- U T
