This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 145.200 litre of illegal Nepali Sofiya liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
