JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Panchrukhi PS Case No. 213 of 2017 registered under Sections 294, 372, 373 of the IPC, Sections 3,4, 5 of the Immoral Trafficking Act and Section 14 of the POSCO Act.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both girls, who are members of the dancing group of the petitioner, were examined and were found major above 18 years of age and there is no allegation by them of any sexual exploitation. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ashok Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge POSCO cum Additional Sessions Judge I, Siwan in connection with Panchrukhi PS Case No. 213 of 2017.
