2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 22 of NDPS Act and section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, when the police raided the house of the petitioner, her husband Izhar Alam @ Babban (coaccused) became successful in fleeing away. From her house, 40 bottles each containing 100 ml Codeine Phosphate & Triprolidine HCL syrup was recovered. It is further alleged that a country-made pistol and an iron-gun pistol were recovered beneath the bed of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated. She has no criminal antecedent and her husband is said to have become successful in fleeing away. She is under custody since 28.09.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
