The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner impersonated Ramakant Pandey and executed power of attorney with regard to a land in favour of Markandey Singh @ Munna Singh and Pankaj Kumar Tripathi, who subsequently executed sale deed in favour of the informant. The informant subsequently went to fix bamboo on the land when it was conveyed that neither original land holder executed the power of attorney nor the power of attorney holders are genuine persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33885 of 2014 (03) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 petitioner that this fact has not been verified whether this petitioner impersonated Ramakant Pandey. Moreover, the sale deed was executed by co-accused Markandey Singh and Pankaj Kumar Tripathi. Co-accused Jaiprakash Ojha, who persuaded the informant to purchase land, has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 54123 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
