Petitioners plead discrimination, because the respondent-authorities have accepted plea of certain candidates with regard to the qualification needed in terms of the advertisement and what those candidates have in matter of appointment on the post of Lab Technician as well as Operation Theatre Assistant. It is only in the case of X-ray Technician that certain qualifications are being insisted upon and their request is not being entertained.

Let the petitioner move the competent authority in this regard, who will take a decision within a reasonable time-frame, preferably before the exercise for recruitment in terms of the
