2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Yadavpur (Jadopur) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 instituted under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115, 118(2), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 352, 351(1), 109, 324(4), 326(f) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16377 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 alleged to have protested on the road.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that it was the villagers of Gamhariya who had blocked the road and were raising slogans against the police whereas the petitioners are resident of village Baraipatti. The petitioners have no concern with any unlawful activity.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Gopalganj/concerned Court in connection with Yadavpur (Jadopur) P.S.
