The present application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.02.2015 passed by the learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari in connection with Sessions Trial No. 575 of 2014 arising out of Govindganj (Malahi) P.S.Case No. 79 of 2009, whereby the application filed by the petitioners under section 227 of the Code of Criminal procedure for discharge has been dismissed.

I have perused the impugned order passed by the court below. There is specific allegation in the F.I.R. against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20528 of 2015 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 petitioners, which has duly been corroborated in course of investigation by the other witnesses.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the case. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
