The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 464 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sumit Kumar and Bimlesh Kumar. It has been further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons on whose confessional statement, petitioner was arrested, have been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide orders dated 19.02.2015 and 07.05.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 6794 of 2015 and Criminal Miscellaneous
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2251 of 2018(3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 No. 14962 of 2015. Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
